It so happens that @missfortunelondon and her identical twin-sister @missfortunebackup have both asked me to write the story behind how I came to be suspended from boarding school. Twice.
I know, I’m surprised too. No, not about the suspension, - about the request.
Well, after Covid sideswiped me for a second time and after a subsequent eerie ear-micro-excavation, my creative juices began to flow…
… and so begins an entirely true shaggy-dog story of the first order. There is no room for a ‘semi-‘ in my semi-autobiographies; it’s just simple, hard, and uncomfortably rigid truth all the way. You’ll be yawning at my yarning in no time.
I’d like to formally thank those of you who have granted your consent for me to use this or that and for finding the time to indulge my irrelevant whimsicalities. I’m touched. I really am.
